My Eagle project was for my own neighborhood. The Del Sur Community HOA booked its parks through long back-and-forth email chains. I led a team of three to build a park reservation system and a newsletter app to replace them.
I went through several versions of the app and got feedback from five board members and homeowners along the way. The HOA still uses it about seven times a month.

At my first weeklong camp in Sequoia, I was the newest scout there and asked about everything, down to which uniform to wear when. Older scouts taught me a lot. Now it's my turn.

Made three interactive presentations on internet safety and taught them at two elementary schools.
Selected from applicants in 53 countries for a UN ECOSOC-affiliated leadership program. I proposed ResilientGridAI, a social enterprise that uses machine learning to predict surges in electricity demand.
Wrote letters to middle schoolers encouraging them to join the high school band, and hosted two social events for the music program.
